All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the condition of the property at the time of inspection. If additional work is required beyond the original scope, we will advise you and provide a revised quote before proceeding.
For projects under £2,000, payment is due on completion. For projects over £2,000, a deposit of up to 25% may be required before work commences, with the balance due on completion. We accept bank transfer, cash, and cheque.
All work carried out by AC Roofing comes with a written workmanship guarantee. The guarantee period varies by service: 10 years for repairs, 20 years for full replacements, and as specified in your quote for all other work. Material warranties are provided separately by the manufacturer where applicable.
AC Roofing And Carpentry Ltd carries full public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance. Copies of our insurance certificates are available on request.
You may cancel a booking at any time before work commences without charge. If materials have been ordered specifically for your project, you may be liable for the cost of those materials. Once work has begun, cancellation will be subject to payment for work completed and materials used.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and the work area. We will take all reasonable precautions to protect your property during work. Any pre-existing damage or fragile areas should be brought to our attention before work begins.

Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
